Associate Attorney
Location: Mary Esther, Florida

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team in Mary Esther, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with at least 3 years of experience who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic legal environment.

The successful candidate will be a licensed Florida attorney with strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Experience in real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is highly desirable.
 
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of matters.
  • Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Manage active caseloads while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience preferred.
  • Experience in litigation involving real property, construction law, or contested probate matters is a plus.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
