Job description

Opportunity with an industry-leading company to provide technical support for an enterprise, internally developed software application. This role is ideal for someone skilled at working with both people and technology, who can troubleshoot common application issues while delivering clear, professional support.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor, triage, and resolve application support tickets.
- Assist users with access, configuration, workflow, and system issues.
- Reproduce and document software problems.
- Escalate defects and complex issues to Engineering or DevOps.
- Review application logs and other diagnostic information.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge-base articles.
- Communicate ticket status and resolutions clearly to users.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in application support, technical support, service desk, or a similar role.
- The highest level of customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues methodically.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS application logs, APIs, cloud platforms, or internally developed software is highly preferred.
Location and Schedule:
This position is available for fully remote work for highly qualified candidates. An East Coast location is not required; however, the role must provide coverage during Eastern Time business hours. Candidates located on the West Coast should be comfortable starting their workday earlier to maintain sufficient overlap with East Coast users and team members.
