Job Title: Senior Application Support Analyst - IT Vendor Management & Regulatory Reporting
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Reporting Type: Fully On-Site (Client prefers local but will look at strong relo candidates (must relo out of pocket from day 1. OHIO preferred or NEARBY STATES. No WEST COAST.)
Visa: Candidate must be eligible to work on W2.
Duration: 12/31/25
Important Notes: Supports LOB for Financial Crimes, Risks, Disputes, etc. Administration of applications - Maintaining SAS AML and Actimize CDD. Infosec, user, network environment. Doesn't need to be an expert Linux Admin but needs some background and familiarity with Linux Administration and Linux Scripting. Also a support role- Applications, Supporting LOB. Able to look for optimization and customization to make the apps work. Need to be available on a rotational basis for 24/7 support, potentially including holidays, weekends, nights as they fall on the rotation. Responsible for Change Management processes, Governance, end of life, patches, aligning of apps and systems being supported with banks government guidelines. Agile experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of application support experience in an enterprise environment, with a focus on AML, SAS, and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Proven expertise in IT Vendor Management and IT Governance processes.
  • Strong proficiency with Linux scripting for automation and application support tasks.
  • In-depth experience with Actimize CCD or similar Regulatory Reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with information security, user management, and network environment administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team while ensuring adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst with a strong background in IT Vendor Management, IT Governance, and Application Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and SAS solutions, with hands-on expertise in Regulatory Reporting, specifically within Actimize CCD. This role involves administering and supporting applications related to information security, user management, and network environments in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
  • IT Vendor Management & Governance: Oversee relationships with IT vendors and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Lead and collaborate with a small team of 5 support professionals, ensuring smooth application functionality and fostering continuous improvements. (Note: Current position will be transitioning into this role.)
  • AML/SAS & Regulatory Reporting Support: Provide application support for AML/SAS platforms, with a particular focus on Actimize CCD and other regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Application Administration: Administer applications, including information security, user management, and network environment configurations.
  • Technical Support: Offer support for business lines by facilitating enhancements, technology upgrades, automation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Rolling Support Calendar: Manage and ensure the execution of the rolling support calendar, coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for supported applications and related processes.
  • Linux Scripting: Utilize Linux scripting to manage and support application environments efficiently.
