Job Summary:
V2Soft is a global leader in IT services and business solutions, delivering innovative and cost-effective technology solutions worldwide since 1998. The Sr Application Support role involves managing and supporting applications, with a focus on RedHat OpenShift and Linux system administration.
Responsibilities:
• RedHat OpenShift (v4.x preferred)
• Linux (RedHat Linux, CoreOS) system administration
• Shell scripting, bash, and/or Python
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, Docker, and GitOps workflows.
• Understanding of container orchestration, pod scheduling, and cluster level debugging
• Experience working in production support environments with on-call responsibilities
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, FluentD
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in incident triage and root cause analysis
Qualifications:
Required:
• RedHat OpenShift (v4.x preferred)
• Linux (RedHat Linux, CoreOS) system administration
• Shell scripting, bash, and/or Python
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, Docker, and GitOps workflows.

• Experience with ArgoCD workflows
• 5+ years of related work experience regardless of educational background
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
• Kubernetes Administrator is a plus
• RedHat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent is a plus.
