  • Assist with investment-related documentation, including subscription documents, purchase agreements, and investor support materials.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams across investments, investment operations, client operations, treasury, and family office HR to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that support process improvement, team efficiency, and overall business growth.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Track client projects, requests, and reporting needs with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Prepare client-facing and internal documentation with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Training & Mentorship

  • Assist in training and mentoring Client Analysts and new team members.
  • Help junior team members understand internal systems, client service processes, workflow management, and organizational best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years (preferred 6+ years) of relevant experience in family office, wealth management, private banking, client service, or another high-touch environment supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to proactively solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of client needs.
