Job description

Your Build Brief

As a Manufacturing Engineer, youโ€™ll convert bold product designs into stable, repeatable productionโ€”protecting quality, sharpening cost, and keeping output surging. Youโ€™ll lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly, create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions. Youโ€™ll partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Mid-level manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment
- Hands-on process optimization, tooling/fixture support, and strong documentation habits
- Solid problem-solving (RCA), data analysis, and change control discipline
- Clear communication with shop-floor teams and engineering stakeholders
If youโ€™re ready to make production run cleaner, faster, and smarter, apply now.

Coverage That Counts

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA); and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Momentum on the Floor

Your day kicks off where the action isโ€”on the floorโ€”checking how the line is really performing and syncing quickly with the team on what needs attention first. As the day heats up, you bounce between a workstation review, a quick document update, and a focused check-in to make sure a change is landing smoothly. You translate real-time feedback into crisp engineering updates, keep action items moving, and close out by setting up the next shift for a strong start.
