ROLE DETAILS
  • Contract: 3 months (likely extension and possible FTE conversion based on performance)
  • Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite at Midtown office
  • Interviews scheduling ASAP (virtual and in-person)

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Vendor onboarding and payment processing
  • Review W-9 / W-8 documentation
  • OFAC and sanctions checks
  • Invoice processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution

ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Financial services / banking experience strongly preferred
  • SAP experience required
  • Strong judgment and compliance awareness (fraud, phishing)
