This contract role suits a self-directed artist who takes complete ownership of deliverables, thrives on aesthetic experimentation, and handles complex creative challenges with minimal oversight. Core ResponsibilitiesFocus AreaKey Tasks Concept & ProductionDirect and build original styleframes, storyboards, kinetic tests, and final 2D render sequences alongside our creative leadership. System BuildingAssemble robust motion design guidelines, modular toolkits, and template assets for distributed team use. Project LeadershipGuide contract talent and junior animators, offering concise visual feedback to keep outputs aligned with project goals. Client InteractionPitch visual directions directly to stakeholders, brand teams, and external agency partners. Quality ControlPerform final technical checks on all exported media to verify exact delivery specifications and elevated visual quality.
