Mobile Training Team (MTT) Blended Seminar Instructor

Employment Type:Part-Time | On-Call / As Needed

Security Clearance:Active Secret (Tier 3) Clearance Required

**This position is contingent upon contract award.**


HatalomCorporation is seeking experienced Mobile Training Team (MTT) Blended Seminar Instructors to support the Marine Corps University (MCU), College of Distance Education and Training (CDET). This position provides instructor support for theCareer School Seminar Blended Seminar Program (CSC BSP) and/or the Expeditionary Warfare School Blended Seminar Program (EWS BSP) at Marine Corps installations worldwide.This is a part-time, on-call position that supports Government-directed seminar requirements whenadditionalinstructional capacity is needed. Assignments are based on demand and may require travel throughout the United States and overseas.Position is contingent upon award.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver resident portions of the Career School Seminar Blended Seminar Program (CSC BSP) and/or Expeditionary Warfare School Blended Seminar Program (EWS BSP)in accordance withMarine Corps University curriculum and academic standards.
  • Facilitate blended learning seminars that integrate online coursework with instructor-led discussions, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Support Government-directed seminar schedules, including:
  • Career School Seminar (CSC BSP): Up to two concurrent seminars conducted twice annually.
  • Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS BSP): Up to four concurrent seminars conducted twice annually.
  • Foster professional discussion, critical thinking, and application of Marine Corps doctrine and leadership principles.
  • Evaluate student participation and academic performancein accordance withMCU policies.
  • Maintainaccuratestudent records andsubmitrequired documentation.
  • Coordinate with Regional Campus staff and CDET leadershipregardingseminar schedules and instructional requirements.
  • Ensure instruction aligns with current Marine Corps University curriculum and faculty guidance.
  • Travel to Marine Corps installations, including but not limited to:
  • Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan
  • Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California
  • Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam
  • AdditionalGovernment-directed locations asrequired.


Required Qualifications

  • Meet Marine Corps University faculty qualification requirements for the assigned seminar program (Career School Seminar or Expeditionary Warfare School).
  • Professional military education credentialsappropriate tothe course being taught.
  • Demonstrated experiencefacilitatingadult education, military instruction, or Professional Military Education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
  • Active Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel on short notice, including international travel.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience teaching at Marine Corps University, Command and Staff College, Expeditionary Warfare School, or other military education institutions.
  • Experience delivering blended learning or distance education courses.
  • Familiarity withMarineNetor other Learning Management Systems.
  • PreviousMobile Training Team (MTT) or distributed learning instructional experience.


Travel Requirements

  • Extensive travel based on Government requirements.
  • Ability to travel within CONUS and OCONUS, including Japan and Guam.
  • Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one.
