Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and contract correspondence for semiconductor construction projects.
  • Review contractor and subcontractor submissions for completeness and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain RFI, submittal, change order, payment, procurement, correspondence, and action-item logs.
  • Track permits, inspections, approvals, insurance documentation, bonds, and required contractor deliverables.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with administrative and commercial requirements.
  • Review change order submissions for scope definition, supporting documentation, pricing backup, and contractual entitlement.
  • Track procurement activities, long-lead equipment, trade packages, subcontract awards, and buyout status.
  • Support coordination of cleanroom, process utility, mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural trade documentation.
  • Prepare contract administration and compliance reports.
  • Support contract closeout, including outstanding change orders, final documentation, lien releases, warranties, and commercial records.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of construction contract administration for large capital projects.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, bid packages, and commercial terms.
  • Experience administering RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and contract correspondence.
  • Knowledge of lump-sum and Guaranteed Maximum Price contract structures.
  • Experience tracking procurement, subcontract awards, and trade buyout activities.
  • Understanding of semiconductor facility construction, cleanroom environments, process utilities, and tool-installation support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction document-management systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction contract administration experience.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex capital projects.
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, process piping, controls, and cleanroom trade packages.
  • Experience with both lump-sum and Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts.

Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
