Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of specialized process equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment including:
    • Photolithography tools
    • Wet chemistry etch systems
    • LPCVD and thermal process equipment
  • Support vacuum systems, pumps, gas delivery, and cleanroom infrastructure
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
  • Work closely with engineering and operations to improve equipment reliability
  • Maintain documentation, PM schedules, and safety compliance
  • Support occasional off-shift or on-call maintenance as needed

Required Experience

  • ~5+ years maintenance experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Photolithography
    • Wet etch / chemical processing
    • LPCVD or similar deposition systems
  • Familiarity with vacuum systems and cleanroom protocols
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
