What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
  • This role will be conducted in a dry ice facility
  • Schedule and coordinate dry ice production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries
  • Maintain the facility's professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment
  • You will drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail
  • Support the efficient distribution of productswhile maintainning professional interactions with internal and external customers
  • Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets

What makes you great
  • Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • You have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience, or one to two (1-2) years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferred
  • Production or distribution experience required
  • You have in-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each
  • Familiarity with regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA is required
  • You poses excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
