UCT is looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join us in Phoenix, AZ!

The Production Supervisor will be required to work in all the areas of production supervising all aspects of the production operation within the facility of their responsibility. This position is a hands-on position within the production area. The Production Supervisor is required to spend 90% of his day on the production floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and improve processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Other Duties:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience Requirement:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a parts cleaning services or high-tech industry.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a parts cleaning or production setting.

        • May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computer etc.

        Overnight Travel:

        • Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).
