Job description

Technical Program Manager
Location: Suwanee, GA 30024 | Reporting To: Sr. Director, Engineering
Industry: Semiconductor, integrated circuits, enterprise-class memory products | Employees: 700
Responsibilities:
  • Defining project and program scope, schedules, and deliverables for a global semiconductor product development organization
  • Interacting with design engineering (digital, analog, mixed-signal), verification, and validation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve challenges with program risks
  • Reporting program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executives, customers, partners
  • Managing change requests, balancing customer requirements with technical feasibility
  • Ensuring compliance with semiconductor development methodologies and best practices
  • Working with customers to align roadmaps and production schedules
  • Overseeing projects through concept to production, ensuring quality and timeliness
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management
  • Experience managing hardware design projects in the semiconductor industry
  • Background in design engineering, validation engineering, or verification engineering
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with customers
  • Experience managing different phases of long-term projects/programs – design, testing, production
  • Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams
  • Operations experience and ability to learn and adapt to new processes and methodologies
  • Experience with memory (DDR), DRAM, PCIe, CXL, clocks, retimers, integrated circuits (IC), PMIC, or similar products
