In this role, your responsibilities will involve Product Characterization on different setups and defining correlation between ATE and other logic boards. You will also focus on studying the impact of hardware on SOC performance.

Description
- Perform data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to resolve root cause of the issues.
- Perform correlation between ATE and different hardware setups.
- Partner with design, process and test engineers to identify and implement corrective actions on both new and mature products and technologies.
- Define and finalize production screening guard-band specifications based upon design intent and characterization result.
- Perform statistical data analysis on mass data set to setup test limits.
- Complete yield analyses and correlation analysis for all levels of test insertions.
- Support test time reduction related characterization activities.
- Coordinate test related activities and reviews with both internal and external groups.
Preferred Qualifications
In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process and proven understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals and DFT concepts.
Experience in system level/mother board characterization and data collection.
Expertise in programming with Scripting languages (i.e., PERL, Python).
Knowledgeable with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
Board bring up, hardware design and PDN noise analysis experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal team members and external suppliers
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree + 10 Years of Experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
