Location: Harleysville, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Mixer to join our team in Harleysville. This direct hire role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and is looking for long-term stability with great benefits. You will play an important part in producing highquality caulking and sealant materials by operating a variety of mixing machines and following detailed batch instructions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Blend raw materials to produce finished caulking and sealant products, as well as intermediate materials for production.
  • Set up and operate a variety of mixing machines according to batch formula instructions.
  • Produce batches on any of the 27 different mixing machines; operator level classification determined by skill development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable federal, state, and local standards.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to talk, listen, and communicate clearly.
