Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site position based in Pipersville, PA. In this role, the individual sets up, operates, and monitors CNC machines and related equipment to produce precision components according to specifications. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or work orders, selecting appropriate tools, performing basic machine adjustments, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The Machine Operator inspects parts for accuracy and quality, documents production data, and communicates with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status, production issues, or process improvements. The role also involves routine maintenance checks on machinery and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including experience with CNC equipment and familiarity with industrial Machinery.
  • Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including basic inspection methods and an understanding of measurement tools and tolerances.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with Hand Tools and basic mechanical aptitude for setup, adjustment, and maintenance tasks.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, team members, and support staff.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior manufacturing or machining experience, ability to read technical drawings, commitment to workplace safety, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
