Plastics Operator

Souderton, PA

Shifts

1 Operators Plastics D shift

1 Punch Press 1st Shift

1 Plastics Maintenance Technician 1st Shift


Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated high-speed assembly equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to AIB, SQF, and GMP guidelines
  • Load and maintain raw material inputs for assembly machines and injection molding operations
  • Perform daily and weekly Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) tasks and light TPM maintenance on equipment
  • Replenish raw material stock to support continuous production
  • Attend to injection molding machines during shifts as needed
  • Participate in departmental continuous improvement projects and initiatives
  • Offload and package finished product in compliance with GMP, AIB, and SQF standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and department goals


Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating automated manufacturing equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook for communication and documentation
  • Self-starter able to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Availability to work holidays (generous holiday pay)
  • Ability to follow production schedules and department procedures
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed throughout the shift
