Dinsmore is seeking a Director of Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, the Director of Marketing will lead the firm's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, regional marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology and digital strategy across all offices and practice groups. This individual will partner closely with firm leadership, practice group leaders, and business development teams to drive visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive firmwide marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with firm leadership and practice groups to identify growth opportunities and market positioning strategies
  • Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, reporting on effectiveness and ROI
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Manage website strategy, SEO/SEM initiatives, and digital campaigns
  • Oversee marketing technologies
