Territory Sales Manager

Base Salary: $50,000

On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment rental and leasing industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Rental Equipment Territory Sales Manager to support the Los Angeles markets. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive rental equipment sales throughout your territory.

Essential Functions

  • Focus sales efforts on renting medical equipment within the acute care hospital and post-acute markets.
  • Manage existing customer relationships while actively prospecting and developing new accounts through sales calls, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and National Sales Director to identify new rental opportunities and close sales that meet or exceed established quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
  • Promote Med One's rental equipment solutions and value-added services throughout the healthcare market.
  • Partner with the District Sales Manager and National Sales Director to forecast sales, implement strategic initiatives, and evaluate results.
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within the CRM.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to build customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and support existing accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Required: Collage Degree or 3+ years experience selling medical devices, medical equipment, or within the hospital healthcare market.
  • Preferred: Experience selling therapeutic support services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, building lasting customer relationships, and closing business.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to prospect, develop new business, and manage an assigned sales territory.
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to provide documented sales performance metrics, achievements, and awards.
  • Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
