Basic Requirements:
Strength & Safety: Lift over 90 lbs easily and handle ladders like a pro.

Pay & Benefits:
$15-$18/hr during the probation period
$18-$25/hr after probation, with regular raises based on performance
No Nights or Major Holidays: Weekends required during busy times
