BVHS CRNA Opportunity at Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, NW Ohio.

  • Practice autonomy and work/life balance, ability to choose types of cases, self-scheduling, no call, 8, 10 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time.

  • Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties, option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgeryor a combination.

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed (40 hours/week)

  • Base Salary $300,000
  • Signing/Student support $100,000 (over 1-5 years)
  • Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
  • Dues/CME/Board Certification $4,000/yr
  • Overtime $225/hr
  • On-Call Rate/Night Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals $250/night
  • On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Hospital $1200/day
  • On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Bluffton $800/day
  • Vacation Payout 120hrs @hrly rate
