Working in South Carolina this environment offers autonomy in business development, schedule management, and growth strategy. It is well suited to individuals who are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and motivated by building long-term relationships.

Role Description The Insurance Agent role is a full-time position in South Carolina. The agent will prepare quotes, explain policy terms, help clients complete applications, and policy changes. Regular responsibilities also include answering client questions, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed about industry regulations and product updates. The role relationship management, and proactive outreach to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including empathy, active listening, and professional communication.
  • State insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) in relevant lines (e.g., property and casualty, life and health).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to assist existing clients.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and remote communication.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and motivation to work independently.
