Job description

Self- Directed DSP's report to the Self Directed Participant and FI Coordinator in a Co-Management manner. Services are delivered in the Participant's home and community. This position is a non-exempt and as such employees are paid on an hourly basis in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Required job skills: Successful candidates will possess good interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with consumers, care givers and families, and be very flexible and reliable. Practical skills include: computer skills for data entry and email, reading and writing ability, the ability to work independently, and the desire to improve the lives of persons with intellectual disabilities.
