Job description

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Lead with strong expertise in manual testing, test strategy, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
  • Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and quality metrics.
  • Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
  • Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for successful releases.
  • Mentor QA team members and drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Provide status reporting, risk assessment, and release sign-off.

Required Skills:
  • Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Quality Assurance processes
  • Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Review, and Estimation
  • Defect Management using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM
  • Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing
