Job description

  • Strong understanding of automotive hardware and systems including radio head units, CD players, telematics, navigation systems, satellite receivers, engine controllers, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi products.
  • Expertise in end-to-end software QA/testing in automotive environments.
  • Hands-on experience in functional, API, and automation testing.
  • Ability to independently configure automotive bench test environments and validate software builds.
  • Proficient in defect reporting and tracking using JIRA.
  • Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting using Charles Proxy and native debugging tools.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/HTTP protocols with hands-on experience using Postman.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and HTML.
  • Experience with TDD, BDD, and ATDD methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile processes, software design practices, and configuration management tools such as Git, HP Quality Center, and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • Professional attitude with strong customer and internal stakeholder focus.
