Job Title: Identity Access Management & Governance Lead Contract Length: 24+ Month contract On site work 4 days a week/ 1 day remote work Location: Tampa, FL Ref# 246015 The Identity Governance Lead is responsible for leading, operating, and maturing the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program using the Saviynt platform. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring effective identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, and access certification programs. This position works closely with IAM, PAM, Application Owners, Compliance, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture teams to enforce least privilege access, support regulatory requirements, and improve visibility into user and non-human access across the enterprise

The role is hands-on within the Saviynt platform and executes designs aligned to enterprise security architecture standards. Key Responsibilities Identity Governance & Administration (Saviynt) Serve as the enterprise lead and technical owner for the Saviynt IGA platform Design, implement, and maintain: RBAC models, enterprise role catalogs, and entitlement hierarchies Birthright, request-based, and exception-based access provisioning Periodic access certifications and attestation campaigns Configure and manage Saviynt workflows, including: Multi-stage approval chains Risk-based approval logic Integration with ServiceNow for request and approval orchestration Lead onboarding of applications into Saviynt, including: Application modeling Entitlement discovery and normalization Access request and certification design Design and maintain integrations with: Microsoft Entra ID CyberArk PAM ServiceNow SAP and other enterprise applications Implement and tune risk and policy controls, including: Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies Risk scoring and access analysis Policy-based remediation workflows Support audit and compliance efforts by providing certification results, access reports, and documentation Leverage analytics, reporting, and dashboards to improve access visibility and risk management Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and support models Drive continuous improvement of IGA maturity and reduce manual provisioning Required Qualifications Experience 5-8 years of Cyber Security or IT experience with a focus on: Identity governance or access management Identity lifecycle management RBAC design and access modeling Access certifications and audit support Integration with enterprise applications and identity services Skills Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA configuration and operations Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and entitlement governance Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID Knowledge of least privilege access principles and segregation of duties Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting identity governance Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders Strong documentation and communication skills High attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications Saviynt IGA Certification Microsoft Identity certifications Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ITIL Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Standard office environment with occasional after-hours support during audits or major initiatives
