Job description

Your Purpose
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our marketing organization. As a key member of the marketing team, you will leverage advanced analytics to connect marketing investments directly to commercial business outcomes. You will own the end-to-end analytics process, including data aggregation from various sources to create seamless views of consumer segment performance over time. Your expertise in utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Databricks will be instrumental in aggregating complex data sets, applying reliable attribution, and deriving insights on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adobe CJA/AJO & Databricks Expertise: Architect, maintain, and utilize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Databricks to unify data sources, enabling holistic, cross-channel business analysis.
  • Attribution Modeling & ROI: Build and refine multi-touch attribution models to accurately assign credit to paid advertising channels and analyze the impact on conversion, CPA, AOV, and ROAS by customer segment
  • Marketing Activity & Investment Analysis: Link marketing expenditure across campaigns, channels, and content to commercial business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC), providing recommendations for budget and investment optimization across customer segments. Collaborate with agency partners to evaluate paid media campaign effectiveness and recommend budget allocation improvements. Work with internal partners to support website & APP analytics to improve conversion rates. Support A/B testing initiatives & analysis to optimize landing pages, creative, audience segmentation, and promotional offers
  • Databricks Data & Analytics: Perform advanced data analysis within Databricks to extract, normalize, aggregate, and manipulate large datasets for marketing insights.
  • Consumer Segmentation: Analyze customer performance across various demographics and behaviors, linking segment performance to strategic business objectives and personalization efforts. Track segment performance over time and recommend investment strategies and tactics by segment to optimize investment & outcomes.
  • Correlation & Predictive Analysis: Execute in-depth correlation analysis and predictive modeling to identify factors influencing customer conversion, churn, and engagement patterns.
  • Actionable Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards (CJA Workspace/Databricks) that communicate complex marketing insights to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce or complex B2C environments. Must include paid media platform familiarity & experience, including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, CRM/email
  • Adobe Suite: Proven hands-on experience (1-2+ years) with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey mapping and audience discovery.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in data manipulation in Databricks.
  • Attribution Expertise: In-depth understanding of multi-touch attribution methodologies, such as algorithmic, time-decay, or custom-built models.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in conducting statistical analysis (correlation, regression) to understand consumer behavior and campaign performance.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Databricks, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Experience Data Model (XDM).
  • Experience implementing text analytics, sentiment analysis, or theme detection within customer feedback programs.
