Job Description The B2B Segment Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for their assigned industry/vertical. This role entails leading a team of segment managers and analytics professionals to drive demand generation, achieve marketing qualified lead (MQL) and pipeline targets, and optimize marketing programs. The B2B Segment Marketing Lead collaborates with content marketing and other B2B stakeholders to align efforts with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion and use.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development:

  • Deeply understand the customer segment and business challenges to create targeted marketing strategies that support business objectives.

  • Identify and leverage new customer insights and behaviors to drive Globe's purpose and strategic direction.

  • Align segment-specific strategies with the broader business goals, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Strengthen ecosystem linkages to build a strong foothold in assigned priority Industries.

  • Acquire customers and ensure the utilization of our unique, practical and relevant products and solutions offerings that will help drive the growth of their business.

  • Implementation of advertising and promotions, subsidies, and off-books spending to ensure resources are well-allocated (ATL and BTL split) and efficiently spent (including opex).

  • Execution of 360 campaign/ related programs and ensuring seamless and timely execution. Monitoring job progress vs. key milestones and ensuring scheduled delivery execution. Consolidating post-mortems from concerned departments and preparing post-mortem reports for the GTM processes.

  • Monitors and reviews all GTM activities and results of the entire segment vis-a-vis overall KPIs.

Project Management:

  • Oversee all ongoing marketing projects and processes, guiding the team to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, encouraging the team to think creatively and explore new marketing approaches.

Technology and Product Integration:

  • Recognize and capitalize on opportunities to integrate core and ICT services into marketing strategies.

  • Implement product bundles tailored to industry-specific needs, promoting relevant ICT solutions.

Account-Based Marketing:

  • Drive ABM programs, ensuring metrics and performance outcomes are met and communicated effectively to stakeholders.

  • Lead the implementation of ABM strategies, sharing results and insights to refine and optimize future efforts.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Management, preferably in the telco industry or FMCG industry
  • Experience in B2B Marketing is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a professional marketing team
  • Proficient in Brand Building, Communications Strategy, and PR
  • Proficient in Marketing Strategy, Planning and Implementation
  • Proficient in Project Management
  • Proficient in Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Knowledgeable in Account Based Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
