Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a fast-paced office environment. This role will assist multiple internal departments with administrative tasks, documentation, data entry, and day-to-day office support.
This position is a strong fit for someone who is reliable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support across multiple departments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • File and organize physical and digital documents
  • Prepare, process, and update documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Support internal teams with various projects and daily office tasks
  • Help maintain organization within shared systems and office workflows
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills, both over the phone and through email
  • Ability to take initiative and stay productive with minimal direction
