  • At least a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field(s) (required in most cases, exceptions made).
  • Teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to seek teacher certification through ACCS after one (1) year of employment.

Spiritual Growth Expectations:
  • Exemplify and articulate a saving and growing relationship with Christ.
  • Demonstrate progression in sanctification as a Christian by display of love, faith, truthfulness, and virtue.
  • Demonstrate with evidence of a substantial record of service at a local church.
  • Demonstrate complete agreement with the Paideia Academy Vision, Philosophy, and Foundational Beliefs.

Professional Expectations:
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be trained in classical Christian educational methods.
  • Display both knowledge and passion about educating children through classical Christian pedagogy.
