The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.
As a Security Officer, you will:
โ€ข Deny access to unauthorized individuals and notify management or law enforcement as necessary
โ€ข Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns
โ€ข Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary
โ€ข Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies
โ€ข Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations
โ€ข Greet and identify all personnel, contractors, and visitors entering the community
โ€ข Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned
You will be a great fit if you have the following skills:
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
โ€ข The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
โ€ข Clear, respectful communication skills
โ€ข Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol
