Position Summary
The Security Training & Compliance Manager - Healthcare Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive training and compliance program for contract security personnel supporting a large hospital system. This role will build a structured healthcare-specific security curriculum focused on professionalism, customer service, workplace violence prevention, de-escalation, emergency response, and regulatory readiness within healthcare environments. This is a unique opportunity to help build a modern, professional healthcare security training program from the ground up. The organization is intentionally seeking to bring strong instructional and curriculum development practices into the security field and is open to candidates from educational, training, instructional, law enforcement, or related professional backgrounds. Healthcare security experience is preferred but not required. The company is willing to provide industry-specific training and sponsor healthcare security certifications for the right candidate.
