Security Specialist at American Security & Investigations

Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm (40 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $22.00

Location: Winona, MN



Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years old.
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
  • You must have previous security and supervisory experience.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
  • Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, performing CPR, and performing defensive tactics.

Job Duties:

Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, youll be:

  • Assisting Chief Security Officer in daily management and oversight of security operations
  • Provides leadership, support, and direct supervision of security personnel
  • Assist with staffing, training, policy implementation, incident management, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness
  • Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites
  • Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
  • Securing doors and windows
  • Enforcing rules and regulations
  • Responding to alarms
