The mission of the software team in Tewksbury or Woburn, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems. What You Will Do * Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
* Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline
* Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language Qualifications We Prefer: * Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
* Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
* Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
* Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
* Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
* Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline
* Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
