Position Summary...As a Staff Software Engineer in Information Security, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in software architecture, continuous integration, and stakeholder management to ensure robust, high-quality products. The AI Security Team develops and maintains advanced security frameworks to safeguard AI-driven assets across the enterprise. Focused on mitigating risks related to Generative AI and Agentic Workflows, the team addresses challenges such as prompt injection and model supply chain management. Utilizing expertise in systems engineering, cloud migration, continuous integration, and software development, the team ensures a secure and scalable infrastructure. Their proactive efforts continuously enhance defenses against emerging threats, supporting innovative AI solutions while protecting critical organizational resources with robust and resilient security measures.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement modular, extensible software architectures ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain code following industry standards and security best practices to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Lead root cause analysis and defect resolution to enhance application performance, security, and usability.
