Job Summary:

They are seeking a Cyber Detection & Response AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of next-generation security operations initiatives focused on AI-enabled detection and automated response. This role involves managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of advanced SOC modernization programs.
Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of cybersecurity transformation initiatives involving AI-driven security operations capabilities and automated investigation workflows
• Facilitate collaboration among security, technology, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, resource coordination, and governance activities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining visibility into critical milestones and implementation objectives
• Support project teams in navigating organizational processes, approvals, and operational requirements
• Coordinate validation, deployment, and production-readiness activities for new cybersecurity capabilities
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, implementation guides, operational procedures, and supporting documentation
• Serve as the primary coordination point for external vendors, technology providers, and implementation partners
• Monitor project health, adoption trends, operational outcomes, and key performance indicators
• Prepare executive-level updates, project dashboards, and progress reports for leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, threat monitoring, detection engineering, and incident response processes
• Experience managing or coordinating enterprise technology implementations involving multiple stakeholders and teams
• Familiarity with security operations technologies, including: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Threat Detection and Monitoring Platforms
• Experience tracking project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting frameworks, and implementation methodologies
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation, operational procedures, and deployment artifacts
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives within cybersecurity environments
• Familiarity with cyber defense modernization programs and advanced detection capabilities
• Exposure to analyst productivity tools, workflow orchestration platforms, or security automation technologies
