Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly motivated and qualified Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager to support SERE training at Fairchild AFB, WA. Job Location: Fairchild AFB, WA Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Requirements Responsibilities: * CSEL program management in accordance with all applicable regulations
* Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory and operational training
* Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expert
* Serve as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architecture
* Provide SERE Specialist training on management and use of CSEL web application accounts, hand-held radios, and PTIU
* Provide CSEL support for SERE training in field and classroom environments
* Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational training
* Provide, prepare, and conduct CSEL related training, briefings, reviews, after-action reports, and meetings.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * Have two (2) yearsโ€™ experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station
* Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment
* Ability to pass a physical, and psychological evaluation
* Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire
