The Compliance Security and Risk Management (CSRM) is looking for a creative and organized Technical Program Manager to join our team in innovating, building, and sustaining the security and safety systems in our fast-growing data center fleet. This role calls for a blend of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical expertise to manage projects that are central to the operational excellence and strategic growth of CSRM.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make significant contributions to Google's Data Centers, pushing the boundaries of innovation to make Google Data Centers (GDC) a safer and more efficient place to work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and integration of secure data warehouses and robust pipelines to ingest and transform data, facilitating efficient workflows and data sharing.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, engaging stakeholders to align on goal, communicating status and risks, and adjusting plans to ensure.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify and develop new technologies, ensuring the advancement of team product maturity and the launch of key features on time.
