JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex, system-level and vehicle-level programs spanning multiple applications within Vision & Driver Assistance (ADAS), Controls, and Connectivity domains. This role owns full program accountability across the lifecycle, including coordinating cross-domain integration and managing long-cycle, high-impact programs.
The Sr. PM will lead large-scale, customer-facing programs requiring close alignment with OEM teams, global engineering organizations, and manufacturing locations. This role also plays a key support role in RFQ strategy, program structuring, and execution planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex programs spanning multiple product lines and domains.
  • Define program strategy, structure, and governance aligned with business and customer objectives.
  • Oversee multiple interdependent project plans and ensure alignment across all workstreams.
  • Drive long-term program success from acquisition through production and lifecycle management.

Customer Engagement & Commercial Support
  • Act as senior interface with customer leadership and global program teams.
  • Influence program direction, scope, and technical decisions in collaboration with customers.
  • Lead program inputs into RFQs, including strategy, cost models, resource planning, and risk assessment.
  • Manage escalations and ensure strong customer satisfaction across all program phases.

Global Coordination & Team Leadership
  • Lead multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
  • Drive alignment across regions, business units, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Mentor and guide Program Managers and project teams within the organization.
  • Establish effective communication frameworks across internal and customer organizations.

Financial & Performance Management
  • Own full program P&L including development, tooling, investment, and lifecycle profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and risk exposure at a program portfolio level.
  • Drive cost optimization strategies and ensure financial targets are met.

Technical & Integration Oversight
  • Ensure alignment of system-level architecture, integration, and validation across domains (ADAS, Controls, Connectivity).
  • Oversee technical risk management and ensure robust mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Governance & Executive Reporting
  • Lead program governance including gate reviews, executive updates, and milestone tracking.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify systemic risks and drive resolution across teams and functions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of automotive experience with at least 3+ years leading complex programs.
  • Proven experience managing system-level or vehicle-level programs across multiple domains.
  • Background in ADAS, vision systems, connectivity, or embedded automotive systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in global program leadership and customer engagement at senior levels.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive development processes and standards (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA).
