Digital Consultants seeks a Project Manager to lead the execution of the Tactical Command and Control (C2) Server Support contract supporting the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The Project Manager serves as the primary interface with the Government and is responsible for overall contract performance, personnel management, program execution, quality management, customer satisfaction, schedule and deliverable compliance, subcontractor oversight, and continuous mission support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.


Duties to include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Digital Consultants and the Government.
  • Manage all aspects of contract performance, personnel, schedules, deliverables, and quality.
  • Assign appropriate resources to each task and maintain clear organizational lines of authority.
  • Ensure effective task management and administration in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
  • Maintain the personnel, organization, and administrative controls necessary to ensure all work meets contract requirements.
  • Establish and implement proven management policies, processes, analyses, and best practices.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure subcontractor compliance with all contract requirements.
  • Notify the Contracting Officer, COR, and Technical Point of Contact of any actual or potential issues affecting contract performance.
  • Participate in Kickoff Meetings, Monthly Status Meetings, Contract Administration Meetings, and other Government meetings as required.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of all required contract deliverables including Monthly Status Reports, Quality Management Plan, staffing reports, travel documentation, and annual reporting
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements, quality standards, and performance objectives throughout contract execution.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Eligible for Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Alternative Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM)
  • Certifications: PMP desired but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field desired.
  • Experience:
    • Recent (within the last five years) experience managing IT support or related programs within a secure Federal Government environment.
    • Demonstrated experience managing contractor personnel performing enterprise IT support services.
    • Desired experience managing ten (10) or more IT support personnel.
    • Desired experience broad-based skills and experience managing the operations and maintenance of interconnected enterprise systems, communications infrastructure, secure operational networks, software applications, and cloud-based capabilities, including troubleshooting, responding to client and user requests for support, and recommending enhancements or new technical approaches.
  • Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
