The role will support a highly visible security transformation initiative requiring strong coordination across technical teams, security SMEs, leadership groups, and application development organizations.

How You Will Make An Impact

Do You Bring Proven Success in Enterprise Security Program Delivery?

  • 10+ years of relevant technology, cybersecurity, technical program management, or enterprise transformation experience.
  • Strong experience managing complex, large-scale technology or security programs within enterprise environments.
  • Practical understanding of Application Security concepts, processes, and security tooling.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-wide security enhancements, technology rollouts, or security transformation programs.
  • Strong program governance capabilities, including roadmap management, steering committees, stakeholder communications, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience working directly with application development teams and technical subject matter experts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, development leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous teams, dependencies, meetings, and implementation activities simultaneously.
  • Financial services or similarly complex regulated enterprise experience is beneficial.
