This team works closely with cybersecurity specialists, application development leaders, and technology stakeholders to strengthen security capabilities across a complex enterprise environment. The role will support a highly visible security transformation initiative requiring strong coordination across technical teams, security SMEs, leadership groups, and application development organizations.

  • Work on a large-scale enterprise application security enhancement program with significant organizational visibility.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the program structure and execution of a large-scale enterprise application security enhancement initiative.

  • 10+ years of relevant technology, cybersecurity, technical program management, or enterprise transformation experience.
  • Strong experience managing complex, large-scale technology or security programs within enterprise environments.
  • Practical understanding of Application Security concepts, processes, and security tooling.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-wide security enhancements, technology rollouts, or security transformation programs.
  • Strong program governance capabilities, including roadmap management, steering committees, stakeholder communications, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience working directly with application development teams and technical subject matter experts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, development leaders, and senior stakeholders.
