Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a federal government client.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Description:
  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
  • Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
  • Integrates and coordinates all activity needed to satisfy the requirement.
  • Shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, and resolution, as applicable.
  • Shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of Subcontractors.
  • Shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all Contractor personnel.
  • Shall continually monitor the status of funds and prepare, submit and revise - if necessary - all contract administrative and financial data reporting.
  • Responsible for managing that the required manpower support levels throughout the period of performance of the task order.

Job Requirements
Desired Experience:
  • 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight

Desired Education:
  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
