Job Description GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: At Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that support national and international security. Our team collaborates to tackle meaningful problems, providing advanced solutions that support defense programs and safeguard freedoms. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Program Integrator within the Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will work closely with portfolio leadership, lead cross-functional teams, engage/support our government customer(s), subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. Your focus will be on program integration during key phases such as mission kickoff, early requirements derivation and assigning objectives, supporting assembly, integration, & test (AI&T), conducting mission planning & execution (MP&E), and post-mission data analysis in support of advancing hypersonic missile technology. This position involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, addressing unique challenges, and delivering innovative solutions to meet program objectives in a fast-paced, experimental environment. You will support the implementation of program management best practices, maintain execution cadence, and ensure contract deliverables and reporting requirements are met. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/TIM reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), Gate Reviews, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments Utilize a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, and Corporate and Business policies and procedures Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations Meet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations Capture and track program/mission actions with support from owners to ensure timely closure of actions Support customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits Experience and Skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum of three (3) years of experience are required Experience with financial analysis tools, project management tools and/or systems, and configuration management tools Proficient with MS Office suite Experience with cross-functional team execution to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Scheduling, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review Ability to determine and recommend process improvements and efficiencies U.S. citizenship is required Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Experience working on a large, complex program in fast paced environment and cadence Execute programmatic tasks with little supervision to completion Ability to perform and understand technical, strategic and operational alignment tasks Experience ability (to recognize the need) for advance strategic planning Understanding of Intrgated Master schedule and execution Experience supporting programs with numerous suppliers and subcontractor agreements Maintain excellent communication skills with cross functional teams Working knowledge of contract formation and execution Experience working OTA program(s) Experience with missile testing and analysis Ability to travel as required (less than 30%) Job Benefits * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Coverage
