Job description

WHO WE ARE

AURA is a security technology marketplace that connects businesses and individuals with on-demand, rapid response. By linking alarm activations to the nearest vetted responders, we dramatically reduce response times and help deter crime.

Operating across the U.S., U.K., and Africa, we partner with security companies, corporations, and global brands to protect people and property.

Our mission is simple: create a safer world through smart technology and strong partnerships.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a hands-on operator with a strong background in vendor management, field logistics, or multi-site service delivery. You know how to move fast without compromising quality - and you're ready to help scale a network that makes a real impact.

This role blends relationship-building with operational oversight. You'll work alongside our U.S. Operations team to grow our supplier network, support daily field performance, and help shape the future of private response.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • I dentify, recruit, and onboard vetted security partners across your market

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure high performance
Monitor field activity, resolve service issues, and align partners to key performance metrics
Support adoption of our platform through training, demos, and operational guidance
Collaborate across internal teams to streamline processes and scale efficiently
Travel regularly within your market to conduct client visits, supplier meetings, and platform demos
Provide remote support for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service (security preferred)
  • Proven success managing regional accounts, service vendors, or field-based partnerships
  • Strong sense of ownership - drives results, meets goals, and moves things forward
  • Confident problem-solver with high accountability under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working within CRMs and updating records in real time
  • Bonus: Recruiting, onboarding, or supplier development experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated success managing regional or multi-vendor operations (security, logistics, facilities, etc.)
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel locally and to nearby markets as needed
Must have current work authorization in the U.S.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive base salary + comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid work model with strong remote flexibility
Growth opportunity in a fast-scaling company
    Collaborative, high-performance team culture
A chance to help redefine the future of private security

If you're ready to help transform the security industry and thrive in a high-impact, mission-driven role, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us build a safer world.
