Operations Manager - Wambaw Facility
The Operations Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day production workflow at Heirloom's Wambaw facility. This role ensures customer media is handled with precision, projects move through the pipeline efficiently, and the production team operates smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading a small team, improving processes, working with technology, and maintaining extremely high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
  • Oversee daily operations at the Wambaw digitization facility
  • Ensure projects move efficiently through intake, digitization, quality control, and delivery
  • Maintain organized production workflows and tracking systems
  • Coordinate project priorities to meet customer timelines

Team Leadership
  • Supervise and support digitization technicians and production staff
  • Provide training on equipment, quality standards, and workflows
  • Foster a positive, mission-driven work environment
  • Ensure staff follow best practices for handling irreplaceable media

Production Management
  • Monitor daily production metrics and throughput
