What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a proactive Specialty Services Operations Manager, managing 2 to 3 large-scale construction/specialty cleaning projects while splitting recurring account oversight.

  • Take an operations packet and run with it—leading project kickoffs, coordinating with subcontractors, and scheduling site resources (like scissor lifts and equipment).

  • Communicate daily in English and Spanish to lead field staff, resolve site issues, and direct crews safely around active construction trades.

  • Act as a dedicated Commercial Services Manager by keeping direct line communication open with key client accounts, conducting site walk-throughs, and preventing scope creep.

  • Attend weekly Wednesday accounting and operational strategy meetings at our Charlotte branch location.

  • Process vendor billings and project phase completion entries in our operations software.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required to effectively lead our field staff).

  • Industry Experience: Background in commercial janitorial, post-construction cleaning, or account management (Experience with companies like Citywide, ABM, JamPro, or Jani-King is a huge plus!).

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer systems, daily reporting, and learning operational software (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce).
