Job description

Operations Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead two manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, and distribution facilities. This role will be responsible for optimizing operations, developing high-performing teams, improving safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a growing multi-site network.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop site leadership teams across multiple locations.
  • Drive operational performance in warehousing, production, assembly, inventory management, shipping, and distribution.
  • Establish and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices across all facilities.
  • Manage budgets, labor utilization, inventory performance, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure customer delivery expectations, production goals, and service levels are consistently achieved.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and HR teams to support business objectives.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.
  • Support facility expansions, integration efforts, and strategic operational initiatives.
  • Travel required between facilities in two different states
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing managers and building successful teams.
  • Experience driving operational improvements through Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, and other operational systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Salary Range: $150,000-$165,000
