SafeHaven Security Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. 


About Us

SafeHaven Security Group is a trusted provider of professional security services dedicated to protecting people, property, and organizations through exceptional service and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Site Manager to lead security operations at our Nekoosa location, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team.  


This position will be a full time, salaried position.  
 

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors

Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing

Build strong client relationships through responsive communication

Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations

Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management

Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies



Requirements

High school diploma or GED required 

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 

Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service 

Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience 

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 

Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits 

Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 

Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems 

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed 

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies 


Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED 

Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience 

Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience 

Valid driver's license 

Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements 

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills 

Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies
