Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and manage an information technology team, delivering end-to-end services which are aligned with and effectively and efficiently support business and IT strategies, goals and operations.
โ€ข Own the overall global security operations and incident response (IR) program.
โ€ข Ensure customer service excellence by driving the information technology service delivery for the system/business areas of accountability.
โ€ข Manage daily activities of information technology resources to deploy secure solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
