Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Global Operations Analyst, you will support the VP of Global Operations across strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives aligned to Global Operations and the Global Capability Network. This role will help drive priority work from planning through execution, coordinate across U.S.-based and global stakeholders, develop executive-ready materials, and support reporting, dashboarding, governance, and process standardization to enable effective decision-making and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Global Operations across a flexible portfolio of strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives aligned to Global Operations and Global Capability Network priorities.
  • Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of priority initiatives including developing associated workplans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring timely follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across U.S.-based and global teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, accountability, and execution of key Global Operations priorities.
  • Develop executive-ready content, presentations, storyboards, talking points, and briefing materials for senior leadership discussions
  • Synthesize complex operational topics into clear narratives, insights, recommendations, and decision points to support executive-level communication and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks, performance trends, and operational outcomes.
  • Support the design, documentation, and standardization of operational processes, SOPs, governance routines, and playbooks to improve consistency, scalability, and execution discipline.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for senior leadership, highlighting performance, progress, risks, opportunities, decisions needed, and next steps.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations management, program / project management, or consulting-related field
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and ownership-oriented; anticipates needs and drives work forward.
  • Strong project management and execution skills; organizes ambiguous work, manages milestones, and ensures follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; translates complex topics into clear insights, recommendations, and decision points.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; builds alignment, influences across levels, and coordinates effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
